The BLACKROLL MED is also available in a 45 cm length. We add this 15 cm longer BLACKROLL variant to our existing collection in the following densities: MED (soft) and STANDARD (average) hardness.The BLACKROLL MED is recommended not just to beginners, also for therapeutic use in yoga and pilates.

We choose to produce this variant after receiving multiple requests from therapists, wanting to offer their patients a bigger supporting surface, as well as Pilates trainers.

Please note: The BLACKROLL MED is not suitable for balance exercises (standing on the roll). Use only up to 75 kg body weight. If bodyweight is higher, please use 2 BLACKROLL MINI's to enforce the roll, placing them into the BLACKROLL MED or go for a more dense BLACKROLL STANDARD.
