Different kind of colours that are available:

• Yellow Extra light – this band will be perfect if you start your adventure with sport and if you plan to do very complicated exercises that require minimal resistance.
• Orange Light – this band is for you if you are a beginner or if you start exercising again after a long break. The slight resistance will let you do more complicated exercises.
• Green Medium – choose this band if you have some experience in training. The average resistance will be ideal during partner workout.
• Purple Heavy – you have to be strong enough to practice with this band! But there is nothing to worry about. If you train regularly, choose this one.
• Black Extra heavy – this band is dedicated only for professionals who are advanced in strength training. It is so strong that you can also use it while doing pull-ups on a bar
