Stroops Fit-Stik Pro Bar

The Stroops Fit-Stik Pro Bar is easy to handle and has wide handles that are easy to hold due to the anti-slip layer they’ve put on there. The aluminium stick has a ring on both ends to which a Slastix Clip can be attached.
With the Stroops Fit-Stik Pro lots of different exercises are possible. The Slastix Clip can be attached on both sides of the stick, but it is also possible to just connect it to one side. The other end of the Slastix Clip can be attached to an anchor.
In this way you will be able to create resistance on one side of the body. The body has to create a lot of muscle power and coordination to handle that. During the exercises the Fit-Stik Pro can be held in different ways to vary the degree of resistance.
